I am a clinical psychologist, who works with adults and young people. I am also an academic and a writer.

Since I was very young, I was dedicated to understanding and helping people, which led me to develop my interest in psychology. Through the years of studies and practice, this way of being has become my profession.

I trained and worked in Italy. Moving to London in 2013, I was attracted by its diverse sociocultural context.

I integrate different types of therapies so that the treatment is always bespoke. I value the therapeutic relationship as the cornerstone of recovery and the journey of self-development for each person.

My vision is one whereby people come to appreciate their own complexity and uniqueness. This can lead to a decrease in the labelling process and stigmatising of individuals. I believe that a person’s difficulties can be understood only by taking into account the social and cultural values they are influenced by and that they may not be aware of.
